Privacy Notice
This notice explains what we do with the details you share with us. In short: we use them to reply to you and to look after your wedding website. We never sell them.
Who we are
The Wedding Keepers is a UK-based wedding website concierge service. If you have any questions about your information, email us at hello@theweddingkeepers.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name and your partner’s name
- Your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- Your wedding date and venue or location
- The package you’re interested in and how you heard about us
- Anything you write in the message box
We don’t ask for payment details through this form, and we don’t collect anything you haven’t chosen to send us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to talk through the right package with you, and — if you go ahead — to build and manage your wedding website. We may also email you about your project while we’re working together.
How it’s stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our database. Only the owner of The Wedding Keepers can read them, using a password-protected login. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you type in the form is protected on its way to us.
We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we’re looking after your website, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If your enquiry doesn’t go anywhere, we delete it within about two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@theweddingkeepers.co.uk and we’ll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page. Please check back from time to time.
